The Country Manager is responsible for the implementation and further development of the Finland and Duty Free Scandinavia market strategies, based in Helsinki, Finland. The role reports to the Area Director Northern Europe. You will work together with various stakeholders and will be supported by an International Brand Manager on marketing matters. The primary objective is to · initiate and develop new and creative ideas with the distributor on how to maximize communication with potential consumers of our brands within the legal restrictions. We are seeking a pragmatic and flexible professional with experience in the branded consumer goods industry in Finland and Duty Free Scandinavia. The ideal candidate combines strategic and consumer-driven thinking with a hands-on approach, strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic and results-oriented mindset.
