We are a local fast growing, customer focused, citywide courier company that delivers anything from an envelope to full size truck loads. We provide reliable same day and next day delivery services for all of our customers.

We are seeking a reliable, hard working, and organized owner/operator with good knowledge of the city and it's surrounding areas.

If you have at least a Class 5 license, a clear driver's abstract and are a little tech savvy with smartphones and apps, you may be a good fit for this position.

As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers and businesses. This is a Commission-based opportunity, offering unlimited earning potential based on your efficiency and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
• Plan efficient routes and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain communication with dispatch (through an app) regarding route status and delivery updates
• Handle packages with care and ensure all delivery protocols are followed
• Provide excellent customer service with every interaction
• Maintain vehicle in good operating condition and ensure it meets all required safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Must own a reliable vehicle (car, van or small truck) OR must be willing to drive a company van
• Valid Drivers license and relatively clean driving record
• Proof of Insurance and Registration - Must be able to change your current insurance to Common Carrier Passenger Vehicle, is using own vehicle
• Smartphone with Data plan, able to download and use our delivery app
• Able to lift packages up to 70lbs
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Safety gear (hard hat, steel toes, safety glasses, hi-vis clothing)
• Previous Courier, Delivery, or Logistics experience preferred but not required

Compensation Structure:

• Commission Based pay per delivery on a percentage basis
• Bi-weekly payments
• Optional benefits package after 3 months of employment
