Daisy Chain Montessori & Childcare is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our Team at our Fernbank Creche.

We currently have a vacancy for a Creche Manager position in our Fernbank centre in Churchtown.

Requirements for Creche manager:

• FETAC Level 8 in Early Years Education
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with Families, children, and staff as well as fellow managers and directors.
• Proven ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills

The role would entail responsibility for:

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Maintain high standards of care in the centre.
• Staff training and mentoring- being an example to the team with hands-on support in the classrooms.
• Evaluating staff performance and productivity.
• Ensuring effective communications across all areas of business.
• Liaising and maintaining good relationship with parents.
• Work closely with Managing Directors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €40,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
