Make Beautiful Things. Build a Career You’re Proud Of.
At Peachwood Interiors, we’re not just building fine cabinetry & millwork —we’re building inspired spaces, relationships, and a team that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and continuous growth. We’re on the lookout for a Craftsman who wants to work on beautiful, high-end custom millwork projects and take real pride in what they create.
If you’ve got a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn—we can teach you the rest.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow with a supportive team, develop new skills, and become a well-rounded craftsman. You’ll work both in our shop and on-site installing custom cabinetry for some of the region’s top builders, designers, and homeowners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building custom cabinetry based on detailed shop drawings (we’ll teach you how to read and interpret them like a pro).
- Assembling cabinets with precision, ensuring proper fit and alignment of all components.
- Installing hardware and millwork on-site—clean, finished work matters to us and our clients.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Learning and improving every day—whether it’s tools, techniques, or materials.
- Helping to keep the shop and site tidy, safe, and productive.
Who You Are
- You’ve got a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a natural curiosity—you want to get better, learn faster, and do great work.
- You’re hands-on, reliable, and a solid team player.
- You may have some cabinetry or construction experience—or you’re just starting and ready to learn.
- You can lift 50 lbs and are comfortable with physical, active work.
- You understand the value of craftsmanship and want to be part of a company that truly cares about its product and people.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.).
- Cabinetmaking or millwork training or apprenticeship.
- Experience working from CAD drawings or design plans.
- Previous install experience in custom homes or renovations.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on experience and attitude.
- Health Spending Account to support your wellness and medical needs.
- RRSP Matching Program—we invest in your future, just like you invest in ours.
- A supportive, team-oriented culture where attitude and effort matter most.
- Opportunities to grow into advanced roles in production, design, or project management.
- A clean, safe, and organized work environment with high-end projects that make you proud of your craft.
