Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes and other heavy machinery to facilitate various construction tasks, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes and other heavy equipment, including front loader trucks, water trucks, backhoes, and bulldozers.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to coordinate lifting operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation during construction activities.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with cranes.
- Familiarity with front loader trucks, water trucks, backhoe operation, bulldozers, and loader operation is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety practices and procedures.
- A valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
