Creative Content Producer (Video & Graphics)

We’re looking for a vibrant and outgoing individual to join our team as a Creative Content Producer, combining technical skills with an infectious enthusiasm to engage both our team and our audience. As the creative force behind our content, you’ll be responsible for producing visually compelling materials, driving audience engagement, and motivating internal teams. What You’ll Do

• Be the face and voice of our content. Create and present video content that excites and motivates audiences, showcasing our products in a compelling and approachable way.
• Drive engagement. Use your charisma to connect with both staff and customers, ensuring that campaigns resonate and deliver results.
• Lead content creation. From concept to execution, write scripts, develop impactful videos, graphics, photography, and written materials that align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate and inspire. Work closely with teams to brainstorm ideas, identify key opportunities, and encourage creative thinking across departments.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns. Produce engaging content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing.
• Elevate production quality. Film, edit, and polish videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, and create eye-catching graphics with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Stay ahead of trends. Leverage your energy and creativity to keep our content fresh, dynamic, and ahead of the curve.

• Social media savvy. Experience managing and creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Technical aptitude. Ability to grasp and explain the features of our products in an engaging and relatable manner.

Preferred Skills

• Animation and motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience hosting live presentations or creating dynamic live content.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic CRM tools.
