Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking an enthusiastic and imaginative Creative Event Manager to join our team in Singapore. As the Creative Event Manager, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution of memorable events that foster fun and learning to children and families. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills to produce unique and impactful experiences.

As the Creative Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event production, from concept development and vendor coordination to budget management and post-event analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Event Conceptualization and Planning:

a. Develop and present original, creative concepts and contents tailored to the goals of each event, ensuring alignment with the Company’s brand and objectives.

b. Develop original, themed event concepts that captivate children and appeal to families.

c. Plan seasonal activities (e.g., holiday festivals, summer camps, birthday parties) and ensure they align with the brand’s vision and child-friendly standards.

2. Creative Engagement:

a. Incorporate innovative themes, content, decor, and interactive elements.

b. Design interactive elements, such as games, crafts, and performances, that promote learning through play.

c. Stay updated on trends in children’s activities to integrate fresh, age-appropriate ideas.

3. Planning and Execution:

a. Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, permits, and on-site coordination.

b. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

4. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

5. Vendor and Partner Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and talent to secure favorable terms.

6. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event promotion strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, and printed materials.

7. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years’ experience in event management, with a focus on creative and large-scale events.

2. Experience within the children’s entertainment, education, or recreational industry is a bonus.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

4. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

6. Proficiency in event management software, design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

9. Knowledge of current trends in the events and entertainment industry.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
