We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Credit Advisor.

Principal Responsibilities

Credit Advisory jobholders are responsible for identifying, structuring, negotiating and underwriting new credit opportunities and/or managing existing portfolios. They develop appropriate recommendations for credit approval, review credit limits and monitor collateral. The key tasks for this category will include some or all of the following:

• Daily risk monitoring
• Renewals
• Underwriting/documentation
• Identifying lending opportunities
• Daily credit support for Relationship Management
• Client advisory services

• Have proven sales skills, understands what drives new business, and how to interact with clients and prospective clients to develop high quality lending opportunities
• The following skills are required at the highest levels of excellence. Credit analytics, interpersonal skills, portfolio management and risk management
• Completion of formal credit training strongly preferred
• High quality collaboration skills in a team oriented environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage relationship manager and client expectations
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• University degree
