Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on credit card processing
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and account management skills
• Experience in B2B sales and business development
• Excellent leadership and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct a store's sales force and other personnel.
• Coordinate with and rely on the advice of experts from other departments to increase efficiency in sales force operations.
• Introduction to concepts and techniques of selling.
• Direct successful sales staff in the selling of products or services.
• Motivate and develop a sales staff.
