Poste à pourvoir : Credit Controller H.F
Tâches:
Credit Collection:
Gestion du portefeuille des débiteurs avec factures en attente de paiement/impayésSuivi via reporting Excel
Relance mail / téléphonique et mise en demeure
Gestion du logiciel PAYT (répondre aux clients, plans de paiements, suivi…)
Prise de décision avec Team Leader sur action à entreprendre
Gestion des dossiers avec Avocats et/ ou ENGELS
Credit Analyst :
Analyse de la faisabilité des dossiers B2BAnalyse 4eyes des dossiers B2C complexes
Suivi des surveillance B2B dans CreditSafe
Être capable d’expliquer la décision sur les dossiers
Suivi de la procédure Crédit Collection dans le respect des règles juridiques et GDPR
Financial Administration officer :
Autorisation des débiteursEncodage du pré contrôle crédit
Encodage des mandats SEPA B2B / B2C + suivi en cas de refus
Gestion de la relation client (boite mail Accounting + téléphone) -> répondre aux question sur factures, contrats ,…
Facturation des cautions et/ ou acompte
Recalcul des contrats B2B et B2C pour activation de la facturation
(facultatif -> binôme avec collaborateur interne pour les taches de comptabilisation de factures)
