Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management
• Lead and motivate a crew of landscape technicians to achieve project goals with enthusiasm and precision
• Oversee landscaping and gardening tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Manage turf care, tree care, horticultural practices, and construction projects from start to finish
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure maintenance excellence and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscape techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor services
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and garden management
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Familiarity with landscape construction techniques and maintenance tools
• Commitment to safety standards and environmental best practices

Pay: $24.83 - $29.90 per hour
