We are looking for versatile team members who can pivot between crafting the perfect latte, golden-frying our signature Puffs, and providing a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• The Front Line: Greet guests, take orders with a smile, and manage the POS system with speed and accuracy.
• The Fry Station: Operate commercial fryers to cook Puffs to our exact golden-brown standards.
• The Finishing Touch: Masterfully glaze and top Puffs, prepare artisanal milkshakes, and serve creamy soft-serve ice cream.
• The Coffee Bar: Act as a Barista, preparing a variety of hot and cold specialty coffee beverages.
• The Vibe: Maintain a sparkling clean shop, restock stations, and ensure our dessert bar always looks "Instagram-ready."

What You Bring

• Multi-tasking Mastery: You can keep your cool during a "rush" and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Customer First Mentality: You enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to make guests feel at home.
• Technical Skill: While we provide full training, previous experience with commercial fryers, dessert prep, or barista work is a major plus!
• Reliability: You are punctual, have a strong work ethic, and are available for flexible shifts (including weekends/evenings).
• Detail Oriented: You care about the presentation—every Puff box should look like a masterpiece.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
