Staff Member — Join Our Team!

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and team-oriented Staff Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives during a rush, stays focused when things get busy, and knows how to keep themselves productive when things slow down. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, genuinely enjoy hospitality, and want to be part of a team that has each other’s backs.

No two shifts are exactly the same — one minute you may be taking orders, the next you could be preparing food, helping a teammate, restocking, or making sure the restaurant is looking its best.

What We’re Looking For

  • Focused under pressure — You can stay calm, organized, and accurate when the restaurant gets busy.
  • Self-motivated — When it’s slow, you don’t wait around to be told what to do. You find something productive to work on.
  • A true team player — You jump in to help your teammates and understand that a great shift takes everyone working together.
  • Reliable and available — You understand the importance of showing up for your scheduled shifts and being willing to help with shift coverage when needed.
  • Great with guests — You bring sincere hospitality and a positive attitude to every guest interaction.
  • Able to multitask — You can switch between tasks while keeping quality, cleanliness, and customer service on point.
  • Hardworking — You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and help wherever you’re needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare food according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately and efficiently.
  • Take orders, serve guests, answer questions, and provide genuine, welcoming hospitality.
  • Handle cash and transactions according to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant throughout your shift.
  • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate and help create a great guest experience.
  • Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
  • Stay productive during slower periods by completing cleaning, prep, restocking, and other assigned tasks.
  • Step in and support your teammates wherever needed.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who can go from 0 to 100 when the rush hits, stay focused, and keep a positive attitude.

When the restaurant is quiet, you’re not standing around looking at the clock — you find something to do.

You understand that being part of a team means communicating, helping each other, being dependable, and stepping up when someone needs coverage.

Most importantly, you care about the experience we create for our guests and the environment we create for each other.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required.
  • Experience with food preparation and food safety standards.
  • Serving or cashier experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food-handling practices.

What We Value

Reliability Teamwork Hospitality Accountability Positive Attitude Hard Work

If you’re someone who works hard, stays busy, handles the rush, supports your team, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests — we want to meet you!
