Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a Peacefull environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. You will assist in various tasks, from preparing food to managing customer orders, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Shift: Morning :11-4

Evening 4 -closing

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for order processing.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
• Follow time management practices to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, café, or grocery store is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques.
