Your Role at AR Law
As a Criminal Lawyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering justice and ensuring our clients receive skilled and dedicated representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in DUI and other criminal matters, demonstrating skill and confidence in trials, motions, and hearings.
- Strategically analyze disclosure to craft creative and effective defense strategies.
- Prepare persuasive legal documents, including trial briefs, facta, and Charter applications.
- Maintain empathetic, professional communication with clients, keeping them informed and assured throughout their legal journey.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and support staff to ensure efficient case management and seamless execution.
- Contribute to AR Law’s culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and elevating processes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, results-driven criminal lawyer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to elevate their career.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in criminal law, with a strong focus on DUI and related cases.
- Proven Record: At least 25 criminal trials taken to verdict, showcasing courtroom excellence.
- Professional Standing: Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Skill Set: Strong research, analytical, and legal drafting capabilities.
- Mindset: A client-centered, proactive approach with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Team Player: Committed to collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
