We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-focused CRM Administrator with strong Excel skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in CRM and database management.
Full training is provided, along with ongoing support and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
As CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving dealership customer data by:
- Cleansing and preparing customer data files before uploading to our bespoke CRM and communications platforms
- Updating dealership databases with customer information (addresses, mobile numbers, email addresses, etc.)
- Managing and maintaining CRM client databases to ensure vehicle and customer data is accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the Head of CRM and the wider CRM team to improve systems and processes
- Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working independently and collaboratively to achieve team targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting, data manipulation)
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet structured deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience working with CRM systems or databases
- Interest in data quality, analytics and process improvement
