Description

About the business

We’re excited to be expanding our UK business, Vintage Cash Cow, into Europe, and we’re currently setting up our European sister company, Arcavindi, just outside of Arnhem. This new venture will serve as the heart of our operations for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France, supporting our growth as we scale. As we continue to build this dynamic, customer-focused business, we’re looking for a dedicated CRM Manager to join our marketing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing CRM activities for the German-speaking markets, ensuring personalized communication and customer engagement that aligns with Arcavindi’s brand.

About the team:
At Arcavindi, our Marketing team is committed to delivering innovative and customer-centric campaigns that resonate across different European markets. As a CRM Manager, you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure brand consistency, effective customer communication, and successful marketing initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty in the German market. You’ll play a key role in helping us expand our presence and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and schedule email marketing campaigns targeted at German-speaking markets, ensuring they are tailored to the local audience and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all CRM communications are consistent with the Arcavindi brand and properly localized for the German market.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer data and segments within HubSpot, ensuring the information is accurate and useful for targeted campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of email campaigns and provide basic reporting and analysis, using the insights to inform future campaigns.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist in A/B testing email content and optimize campaigns to improve customer engagement, open rates, and conversion.
  • Customer Retention & Reactivation: Support customer retention and reactivation initiatives through targeted CRM workflows that engage and retain customers.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align CRM activities with broader marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration with overall business goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations regarding customer communications, protecting customer data and privacy.
  • Automated Customer Journeys: Help develop and implement automated customer journeys in HubSpot, improving the customer experience and driving long-term engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Marketing Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on customer communication and engagement.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written), with the ability to write and adapt marketing copy in native-level German.
  • CRM Platform Knowledge: Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, with HubSpot being a strong advantage.
  • Email Marketing Interest: A strong interest in email marketing and customer communication, with a desire to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion.
  • Customer Segmentation & Performance Tracking: Good understanding of customer segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign results.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a structured and proactive working style that ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team and contributing to the success of cross-department initiatives.
  • Marketing KPIs & Analytics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of marketing KPIs and campaign analytics is desirable, with a focus on performance measurement and optimization.
  • Ecommerce or Digital Consumer Experience: Experience in ecommerce or digital consumer brands is a bonus, especially in CRM or email marketing roles.
