Are you passionate about creating meaningful customer journeys that drive real impact? At Pillow Talk, we're looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to help shape how we connect with our customers - bringing thoughtful, personalised experiences to life across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead end-to-end CRM execution while contributing to the evolution of our lifecycle strategy. You'll work across email, SMS and automation, blending creativity with data to deliver campaigns that feel as considered as they are effective. You'll report to our Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with a close-knit team across digital, social and content - bringing curiosity, creativity and commercial thinking to everything you do.

About this role, you will...

  • Bring our CRM and lifecycle strategy to life through thoughtful, high-performing customer journeys
  • Build, optimise and evolve lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandonment, winback and more)
  • Own the CRM campaign calendar, aligning email, SMS and automation with key trading moments
  • Use customer insights and segmentation to deliver personalised communications at scale
  • Lead testing and optimisation initiatives, including A/B testing
  • Support and enhance our loyalty program and overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams on key campaigns
A bit about you...

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (eCommerce or retail preferred) We also highly encourage experience digital marketers interested in focusing on CRM to apply
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and performance marketing
  • Confident balancing strategy with hands-on execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manager multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and advocating for CRM initiatives
  • Familiar with platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce, and tools like GA4
  • Experience with CDPs is a plus
  • Passionate about marketing more broadly: you bring ideas to brainstorms, contribute to cross-channel strategy, and collaborate beyond your lane. Your channel doesn't operate in a vacuum - and you don't either!
