We are looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to join our team and help us manage and optimize our systems.

Job Description: As a CRM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our Zoho systems. You will also work closely with various divisions to ensure the systems meet their needs and help drive our business forward.

• You will participate in the implementation of various CRM functionalities including:

• Gathering business needs and translating them into system requirements. Ensuring proper testing plans are done

• You will interface with key users, management and IT team members on supports issus or projects

• You will administer and configure various Zoho applications to meet business requirements. Among the most critical are CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Forms, and Social.

• You are expected to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions and provide training and support to users.

• Create automations to improve user experience . Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, Desk, and other Zoho-related issues.

• Stay updated with Zoho product updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role. Zoho CRM experience is a plus.

• Good understanding of CRM systems and business processes.

• Experience using ERP systems and manipulating extracted data

• Proficiency in customizing Zoho/CRM modules, fields, and workflows or equivalent experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to interpret, debug, and write basic to intermediate scripts in Zoho Deluge or similar languages such C++, Python, or JavaScript.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Qualifications :

• Expérience confirmée en tant qu'administrateur CRM ou dans un rôle similaire.

• Bonne compréhension des systèmes CRM et des processus d'affaires.

• Expérience de l'utilisation de systèmes ERP et de la manipulation de données extraites.

• Maîtrise de la personnalisation des modules, champs et flux de travail de Zoho/CRM ou expérience équivalente.

• Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse.

• Excellente maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel.

• Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
