Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Harvester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting crops, ensuring high-quality produce, and washing produce. Duties

- Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality produce
- Utilize hand tools to complete various tasks on the farm
- Assist in the management of gardens and greenhouses
- Collaborate with other farm staff to meet production targets
- Develop and implement best practices for crop management and harvesting
-Wash produce and grade it accordingly

Qualifications
- Experience with growing and harvesting a variety of crops
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads (minimum 25lbs)
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and at heights

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
