Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Amazon Voice Process in Bengaluru.

The role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, reviewing account-related information, researching relevant policies, resolving customer concerns, and providing accurate and professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries through voice support.
• Review customer accounts and research relevant policies using cloud-based tools.
• Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Deliver timely and professional customer service.
• Document customer interactions and actions taken in the appropriate tools.
• Handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain process productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

Experience Categories:

• U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
• U2: More than 24 months of experience.
• Previous voice process experience will receive 100% experience weightage.
• Non-voice and backend experience will receive 50% experience weightage.

Communication Requirements:

• Excellent English verbal communication.
• B2/C1 English proficiency.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and customer-handling abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Salary Structure

Annual CTC based on experience and applicable category:

Experience| Non-Tech| Tech

0–6 Months| ₹3.10 LPA| ₹4.50 LPA

7–11 Months| ₹4.22 LPA| ₹5.50 LPA

12–17 Months| ₹4.22 LPA| ₹5.50 LPA

18–23 Months| ₹4.22 LPA| ₹5.50 LPA

24–48 Months| ₹4.75 LPA| ₹5.50 LPA

48+ Months| ₹4.75 LPA| ₹5.50 LPA

Salary will be determined based on the applicable experience and category.

Transportation Facility

• Two-way cab transportation will be provided.
• Transportation coverage is available up to 30 KM.

Interview Process

The selection process consists of the following rounds:

• HR Screening
• Typing Test
• SVAR Assessment (Minimum qualifying score: 60)
• Operations Round
• HR / Offer Discussion

Pay: ₹310,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
