Duties:

Monday-Friday/Weekends

8:00am - 5:00pm

Cultivation Agent Card is required

• Cultivation experience.
• Cultivation Maintenance experience.
• Clone cutting.
• Watering.
• Nutrient mixing.
• Construction skills.
• Janitorial experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Sitting for long periods of time while focusing on detail oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep.
• Hand trim flower from medical marijuana plants before the drying process.
• Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product.
• Employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
• Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower.
• Adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/ sugar leaves to "useable by-product" (trim).
• Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
• Take instructions and help out on tasks delegated by Lead and assistant growers.
• Work in a quick and efficient manner.
• Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; State/local regulation compliance Security protocols Access protocols Dress code Work schedules Qualifications:
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Nevada Medical Marijuana Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.
• Ability to work within a team and without.
• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures. Computer, mathematics, language, and reasoning skills.
• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
• You do not need to consume Cannabis in order to apply.
• No experience necessary.
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms.
• Ability to see, hear, speak and write English clearly in order to communicate effectively with employees and visitors.
• Normal vision or corrected by the use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing.
• Abilities to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to meet job and operate equipment requirements.
• Requires normal range of hearing with the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand and walking as required to perform all duties. Pushing/pulling/ carrying, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Cultivation Agent Card is required.

You are required to pay and get your card on your own

OSHA Certification is preferred but will be required after 90 days of employment

Must be 21 of age or over.

Must be able to pass background check
