About the Role
In this role, you’ll drive the coordination and configuration of all curriculum related data. This includes academic calendar, study plan structures, templates, awards admission conditions, requisites, fees, timetable data and course search maintenance are complete, accurate and seamlessly aligned to support every stage of the student journey.
This is your opportunity to collaborate with academic leaders, influence strategic planning, and deliver compliance and quality in a dynamic higher education environment. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, a flair for systems thinking, and the confidence to guide stakeholders through complex curriculum processes.
With a direct report and a seat at key academic committees, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how students engage with their learning journey from enrolment to graduation.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, guiding and motivating staff.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and implementing policy, ensuring adherence to standard processes and/or government legislation in a large, complex organisation.
- A sound understanding of the Australian University HED sector and their interrelationships with State and Federal Government processes, compliance and funding.
- Demonstrated ability to make a significant contribution to the University including the provision of authoritative advice relating to areas of responsibility, the development of strategic and operational plans, and the design and implementation of process improvements
- Knowledge of student systems, preferably experience in project and/or operational use of Technology One Student Management System, CANVAS and Course Search.
Qualifications
- A degree with substantial relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
