Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Custodian will ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in various areas of the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and free of debris.
• Dusting and wiping furniture in warehouse store .
• When needed folding curtains , sheets , blankets and organizing pillows .
• Carry out commercial cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as required for events or maintenance activities.
• Engage in industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to maintain operational efficiency in production or warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
