Overview
We’re looking for an experienced custom shop painter to join a craft‑driven team producing high‑end wood doors, windows, and heritage restoration work.
This is not production spraying. Our work is custom, detail‑oriented, and done at a pace that values quality and consistency.
What you’ll do:
Spray stains, clears, and painted finishes on custom wood products
Work with premium materials and detailed specifications
Maintain high finish standards on architectural and restoration projects
Collaborate with woodworking and assembly teams
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a shop painting or finishing role
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Interest in long‑term, stable employment
