Hsc/Graduate with 1 to 3 year of experience into international bpo only.
must have voice or blended experience into internation process.
pure backend or non-voice experience won't be considered.
CLAIMS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ( IM ) - blended process (50% back office & 50% voice) Fixed shift - 5:30pm to 2:30am
Fixed Sat nd Sun Off
- Blended process b2b and b2c for credit cards , working on cases and files , where there is a dispute between the customer and the merchant in invoice amount or charges or to reverse an entry or wrongly charged.
Us Largest Banking Process on payroll
None of the processes involve sales . It's pure customer service and inbound.
Communication must be excellent 10/10. Neutral grammar and fluency
interview round Hr , Vna , Ops manager.
Walking interview at the office
immediate to 30 days' notice period will take.
must have all the document from all firm no absconded cases.
Documents as per UAN from Last 5 years.
Both side Transportation available.
