Il Customer Care è il punto di contatto diretto tra l’azienda, l'ufficio tecnico e il cliente . Si occupa di assistere, informare e supportare il cliente in tutte le fasi del rapporto, garantendo un’esperienza positiva, efficace e coerente con i valori aziendali.
Lo scopo è : Gestire in modo efficiente ed efficace le relazioni con i clienti del Gruppo, assicurando elevati standard di servizio attraverso la gestione delle richieste in entrata, la risoluzione di reclami e disservizi, il supporto alle attività commerciali e amministrative legate alla clientela. La figura svolge inoltre un ruolo chiave nella riconciliazione tra gli incassi registrati e le effettive entrate contabili, contribuendo alla correttezza e all'affidabilità dei dati finanziari aziendali.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €1.200,00 - €1.600,00 al mese
