Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Customer Care Advisor role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Customer Care Advisor at Pillow Talk, you will be accountable for listening to and supporting every customer you engage with, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touch point.
A bit about you...
- Experience working in a customer-centric online or call centre environment, with proven exposure to inbound and outbound activity
- Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their Pillow Talk experience
- Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
Articulate communication, who applies positive and influential language and tone to all their communication
A great team player, who will anticipate the broader needs of the team and willingly step up to support
