Sales Coordinator – IT Hardware & Infrastructure Rental

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Generate leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals and client requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads, pending offers and business opportunities.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports and CRM records.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for client requirements and order processing.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers.
