Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Hunslet, Leeds (Free on-site parking)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Dependent on Experience

Work Pattern: Full-time covering shifts between 7 am to 5 pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team at Facultatieve Technologies as a Customer Care Coordinator. This vital role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving client issues efficiently, and contributing to process enhancements to elevate our service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanour.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer issues, enhancing customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and actions to improve service response and customer relations.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of customer care strategies and procedures to improve service delivery.
• Identify and propose opportunities for service improvements to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technical or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
• Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask, manage workload under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen sense of customer needs and service solutions.
• Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
