Customer Care Coordinator | Thermex Metal Treating Ltd. | $20/hour

The Customer Care Coordinator has primary responsibility for keeping customers fully informed and supported, and services as the initial and key contact for customer inquiries and issues. The position manages customer paper work and administrative processes and provides general administrative support within the office. Other accountabilities for the Customer Care Coordinator include processing all invoices, compiling quotes for approval and distribution, and resolving issues after orders are completed.

Keep customers fully informed and supported

  • Serve as key contact for customer inquiries, and initial contact for customer issues.
  • Maintain customer communication re: current orders.
  • Prepare weekly report on job status for key customers.
  • Distribute information internally for resolution and report back to customer.
  • Handle delivery enquiries.

Manage customer paper work and administrative process flows in a timely manner

  • Organize paper work and process flow.
  • Complete shipping paperwork, and price when required. Coordinate prioritization with shipping.
  • Perform order entry.
  • Retrieve documents from archives.

Responsible for processing all invoices.

Clean up of issues after order is completed

  • Ensure post-order customer maintenance. Address enquiries and process changes as required.

Compile quotes and distribute when approved

Provide general administrative support

  • Process credit card transactions including c.o.d. payments.
  • Provide backup support for reception and other administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills
  • Ability to handle sales inquiries and provide effective solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
