  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, feedback, or lead generation.
  • Assist customers with product details, order status, billing, returns, or service-related queries.
  • Ensure information provided is clear, correct, and aligned with company policies.
  • Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
  • Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Keep records updated and accurate for future reference.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call volume, response time, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy on every call.
  • Develop rapport with customers to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
  • Handle difficult situations calmly and empathetically.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical departments for faster issue resolution.
  • Provide insights from customer feedback to improve products or services.
  • Follow call scripts, privacy guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
