- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, feedback, or lead generation.
- Assist customers with product details, order status, billing, returns, or service-related queries.
- Ensure information provided is clear, correct, and aligned with company policies.
- Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
- Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Keep records updated and accurate for future reference.
- Achieve daily/weekly call volume, response time, and satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy on every call.
- Develop rapport with customers to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and empathetically.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical departments for faster issue resolution.
- Provide insights from customer feedback to improve products or services.
- Follow call scripts, privacy guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
