Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: Fresher (0–6 months)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice or non-voice process
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain and update customer records
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with team members to improve service quality
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
