Shabd Enterprises, a trusted Samsung Mobile Service Centre, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Customer Care Officers!

About the Role:

We're seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Customer Care Officer, you'll be the face of our organization, handling customer queries, concerns, and issues with empathy and technical expertise.

- Good Communication Skills: You can speak clearly, confidently, and articulately in English and/or local languages

- Confidence & Responsibility: You're proactive, responsible, and can handle tasks with ease

- Fresher Friendly: No experience? No worries! We welcome freshers with great communication skills and attitude

- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with system software and basic computer operations

Your Role:

- Handle customer queries and issues via phone, and system software

- Punch in calls, manage operational duties, and ensure timely resolution

- Provide empathetic and technical support to customers

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
