Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, messages, and queries.
Provide accurate information and basic assistance.
Maintain customer records and update details.
Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues.
Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
