Solarstream Ltd, established in 2017, is an experienced expert in nationwide Solar installations, and support services (project management/grant applications), are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Executive to join the team.

In this role, you will take an active approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and new customers, ensuring they are set up for success and getting the most value and performance from their Solar systems and our full suite of products.

You will collaborate and support the Account Manager, assist with onboarding, handle enquiries, and guide them through to success. You will be the go-to person for technical troubleshooting, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth for our customers.

The role:

This is a combined role that merges customer care and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email and CRM system

· Provide product information, service updates and guidance on the solar installation process

· Coordinate with internal teams sales, technical, operational, finance to resolve customer issues efficiently

· Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly

· Support warranty claims and service issues, ensuring resolution in a timely manner

· Support appointments scheduling, bookings, and installation tracking and progress

· Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and best practices

What we’re Looking for :

· Previous experience in customer service or support role, ideally in the renewable energy, utilities sector

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment

· Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Online Portals and CRM’s

· Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to service

· The ability to integrate and work effectively within a team

· Fluent English speaker

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge or experience in solar energy or renewable technologies

· Familiarity with Helioscope (software) and/or Irish energy regulations/SEAI grants

· Drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €27,000.00-€28,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Carlow, CO. Carlow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
