Customer Care Executive(Wfh, Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department and ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 150 per week
