ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, we are seeking someone who will be responsible for leading and managing the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT’S INVOLVED:

• Deliver a great customer experience
• Lead NSW Customer Care team (team of 5) with a hands-on approach
• Take ownership of the order entry process
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Closely work with the Supply Chain, Sales and Operations team to ensure the best possible outcome
• Actively monitor the state branches, through building strong relationships and ensuring KPI's are achieved and the customer experience is being delivered.

YOU WILL NEED:

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years experience in Customer Service Management
• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership skills, with energy, drive, enthusiasm and empathy
• Growth mindset
• Planning and organisational skills
• Exceptional communicator
• Data analysis and interpretation experience
• Ability to interpret financial information
• Results driven and prepared to be hands on to meet critical deadlines
