Customer Engagement Specialist/Receptionist

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The day-to-day duties in this role include calling customers to schedule service visits, answering dealership phones, assisting with various office tasks, and scheduling online appointments.

What You Can Bring To The Table:

  • Customer Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for customers with questions about servicing their vehicles and requesting appointments.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively call customers to schedule open service campaigns (recalls) and routine maintenance on their vehicles.
  • Commitment: Ensure our customers have a world-class experience with every step of their journey.
  • Service: Assist customers by phone to find the support they're looking for, and route them promptly to the appropriate team member.
  • Authenticity: Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity and accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Technical Expertise: Capably manage telephone system to handle customer calls.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Very detailed and organized
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
