Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:

  • Connect with customers throughout the region who have expressed interest in AT&T telecommunications services
  • Our Customer Enrollment Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing their questions and concerns
  • Utilize a variety of sales techniques to identify the best AT&T solutions for each customer's unique situation
  • Present AT&T products and services clearly, highlighting benefits that align with customer requirements
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and ongoing customer service support
  • Collaborate with team members to share successful customer service practices and sales strategies

Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Associate Role:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our office daily
  • 1+ years of previous customer service, retail, sales, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills & professional communication skills with a genuine desire to help people and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new customer service protocols and sales techniques
  • Flexibility to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Coachable attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
