Job Title: Customer Executive – International BPO (Outbound Calls)
Location: Park Circus, Kolkata
Industry: BPO / International Calling(UK)
Job Type: Full-Time
- Fresher can apply with good english comunications
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Outbound Calls mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and B2B interaction.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description: Conduct B2B surveys for UK Gas & Energy.
- Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses.
- Generate leads using authorized regional (location-based) business portals.
- Understand business energy requirements and accurately update survey data.
- Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
- Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
