Job Title: Customer Executive – International BPO (Outbound Calls)

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

• Fresher can apply with good english comunications
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Outbound Calls mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and B2B interaction.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description: Conduct B2B surveys for UK Gas & Energy.

• Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses.
• Generate leads using authorized regional (location-based) business portals.
• Understand business energy requirements and accurately update survey data.
• Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
• Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
