We are looking for a team player to take up an entry level position as Customer Executive in our Customer Operations team in either Copenhagen or Hamburg, which is responsible for dealing with all our trading and contract customers, securing that we deliver Wheels and Brakes for the customers Aircraft in accordance with requirements.
In this team, you will learn all our processes from scratch, as we have a close day-to-day dialogue with our customers and with our repair shops around the world. We manage all supply to our customers, securing that we get all the units required done in the right time and quantity, to prepare the delivery of new fresh serviceable units when needed, - all while having fun, doing so.

The opportunity:
As a Customer Executive, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks across your assigned customer portfolio. You will, together with a diverse team of fun, dedicated and driven colleagues, be responsible for general customer support, assuring smooth-running of assigned programs and securing the operational logistic flow, primarily in the EMEA region—but also act as back‑up for customer programs across all TP Aerospace regions.
The primary tasks:
Your tasks will revolve around the daily administration and management of customer programs in strict accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This includes:
- Processing all order handling of Program customers, securing that we deliver on time, including registering new orders and managing open orders until they are fulfilled.
- Filing orders and shipping transactions accurately in the company’s ERP system, Quantum Control, and company interface system ProControl
- Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with TP Aerospace facilities
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers
- Secure the return of unserviceable units within contract KPI´s
- Handle invoicing for some of our Program customers
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance Planning on warranty cases
Qualifications:
We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- It is an advantage if you have experience within technical industry or from the aviation industry
- knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (we use Quantum Control)
- High data discipline and strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
