We’re now looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Dublin. You'll handle customer conversations via webchat, social media, and email, helping them get the best out of our products while delivering a fast, fair, and supportive experience.


You’ll also support key back-office processes, work on complaints resolution, and help shape how we deliver service in a digital-first world.


What
You’ll Be Doing

  • Chatting with customers via webchat, email, and social channels, solving problems and providing product support
  • Responding quickly and empathetically to customer queries, always aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Guiding customers to self-serve and understand our digital tools
  • Supporting back-office tasks and complaint handling when needed
  • Keeping accurate, compliant records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with your team to meet SLAs and improve how we work
  • Contributing ideas and feedback — we love innovation and change

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service or contact centre environments
  • Background in financial services (credit card or payments experience is a bonus!)
  • Clear and confident communication skills — written and verbal
  • Great time management and a calm head when priorities shift
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-led business
