Customer Experience & Booking Specialist (Full-Time)

Where Great Customer Experiences Begin.

Do people tell you that you're naturally positive?

Can they hear your smile over the phone?

Do you genuinely enjoy talking with people and helping them solve problems?

Are you energized by achieving goals, working with an amazing team, and making a real difference in someone's day?

If you're reading this thinking...

"That's me."

...then we'd love to meet you.

About Canadoor

At Canadoor Garage Doors, we're raising the standard for customer service in the trades.

Since 2009, we've grown into one of Ontario's leading residential and commercial garage door companies by doing things differently. We believe professionalism matters. Relationships matter. Quality matters.

Most importantly...

People matter.

We work hard, support one another, celebrate our wins, and believe that great people deserve the opportunity to build great careers.

Our people are the reason customers continue to choose Canadoor year after year, and we're committed to creating a workplace where great people can build meaningful careers.

Our customers trust us during stressful situations—a broken garage door, an emergency repair, or a business that can't open for the day.

Every phone call is an opportunity to reduce stress, build confidence, and show customers why they chose the right company.

That's where you come in.

This Isn't Just Customer Service

You're not simply answering phones.

You're creating confidence.

You're building trust.

You're helping customers solve problems.

You're protecting our reputation.

You're helping our technicians arrive prepared.

You're turning first-time callers into lifelong customers.

Every conversation you have directly impacts our customers, our team, and the future of our company.

Position Summary

As a Customer Experience & Booking Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the voice that represents the Canadoor brand.

Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while confidently guiding customers through the booking process. You'll listen, educate, reassure, and help customers take the next step by booking appointments while ensuring every interaction reflects Canadoor's commitment to professionalism, reliability, and excellence.

This role combines customer service, sales, relationship building, organization, and problem solving.

If you enjoy helping people and achieving results, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Love About This Role

Every day is different.

You'll spend your days helping customers, solving problems, booking appointments, and making someone's day just a little bit easier.

You'll work with an incredible team that supports one another, celebrates success, and believes that work should be both rewarding and enjoyable.

If you enjoy talking with people more than staring at spreadsheets all day...

You'll probably love it here.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience & Booking Specialist, you will:

  • Be the friendly first voice customers hear when they contact Canadoor.
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and urgency.
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression of our company.
  • Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs before responding.

You understand that every phone call is an opportunity to help someone while contributing to the success of the entire company.

Our most successful Customer Experience & Booking Specialists are:

  • Positive, energetic, and naturally enthusiastic.

  • Coachable and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
  • True team players who contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction.

Most importantly, you believe customer service and sales work together. You don't simply answer questions—you guide customers with confidence, help them make informed decisions, and do everything you can to turn every qualified opportunity into a booked appointment.
