About the role

The Customer Experience and Logistics Manager is responsible for all tasks related to providing the best possible service to our customers. This encompasses management of the Ceres Organics Distribution Centre based in New Zealand, all logistics stakeholders and suppliers, Third Party Logistics (3PL) Australia, Exports, Customer Experience, Inventory as well as Production on site. This role is responsible for delivering the overall strategic ambitions across all the above departments in order to meet current and future business needs. Critical accountabilities of this role are to drive an end-to-end customer experience journey from order to supply across Australia, New Zealand and exports markets.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• A diploma, degree or recognised qualification in logistics/supply chain management.
• Extensive supply chain management experience is essential, specifically in a role that required the simultaneous management of end-to-end logistics, warehousing, production, customer services and export.
• Ability to lead, mentor, inspire and challenge team members to be their best.
