As a Customer Experience Manager your role is focused on ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Help new customers understand the product and/or service, guiding them through initial setups and processes.
  • Ongoing Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout their experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of the product or service.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about their experiences and relay this information to relevant teams to improve products or services.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate schedules, installations, and other logistical aspects of customer projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Status Updates: Keep customers informed about project timelines, installation dates, and any potential delays.
  • Training and Education: Provide training sessions or resources to help customers better utilize the product or service.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication: Ability to clearly convey information and maintain open lines of communication with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Empathy: Understanding customers' perspectives and needs.
  • Fundamental Computer Proficiency: Candidates should possess fundamental computer proficiency, including experience with standard office software and basic internet navigation.

Overall, this role is focused on customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring customers have a positive experience from start to finish.

  • E-Commerce a PLUS - eBay & Amazon, Big Commerce

Work hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
