We are looking for a hard-working profile to join our Customer Experience team, working closely with hospital laboratories across Denmark.

The Opportunity

As part of a team of highly skilled Customer Experience Partners, you will also collaborate within a larger Commercial Team, including colleagues in Service, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.

You will handle our existing contractual business, serving as the primary point-of-contact for lab partners, with a focus on lab management teams and regional procurement.

Your role includes leading high-level conversations with laboratories, inspiring them, and offering sparring to optimize their daily operations. Acting as the primary customer liaison to our organization, you will independently handle customer interactions at all levels. When needed, you’ll draw on resources from service, application, IT, or product management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Listens carefully to understand needs and challenges.

  • Empowers and trusts others to succeed.

  • Makes informed decisions and clearly communicates the “why.”

  • Strives for excellence and sets priorities effectively.

  • Displays interpersonal intelligence and integrity.

Key Competencies
You bring the following skills and experiences to the job:

  • A background in life sciences with knowledge of molecular diagnostics and sequencing technologies.

  • Confirmed experience working with or in a hospital laboratory.

  • You combine your excellent customer and market knowledge with strong analytical and business process understanding.

  • Fluency in Danish and English.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills and an ability to manage complex situations and set priorities.

  • A business- and operations-driven approach with a proven ability to drive initiatives and projects.
