We are looking for a Human Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process customer orders and returns
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Perform other customer service tasks as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in customer service or a related field an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
