Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in English and Spanish is especially valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
